Image Studio is an expansion project of AISmartContent. We provide AI‑enhanced stock photo editing, generation and distribution. This policy explains how data is handled.
1. Data We Collect
Account data (email, username, display name), usage telemetry (search terms, downloads, edit actions), technical logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.
2. Uploaded & Generated Assets
Images you upload and AI derivatives (retouch previews, thumbnails) are stored on a dedicated mounted volume, separate from system files. Derivatives inherit the original license context.
3. Cookies & Sessions
Essential cookies keep you logged in. Optional performance cookies may improve search relevance. Clearing cookies signs you out.
4. AI Processing
External AI providers (e.g. Gemini) receive only the pixels and prompt needed for the requested transformation. We never send billing or private profile data. Generated content is saved only when you confirm.
5. Sharing & Disclosure
No sale of personal data. Limited sharing with payment, storage and security vendors strictly to operate the Platform. Legal requests are reviewed for validity.
6. Security
Volume isolation, access controls, rate limits and audit logging reduce risk. Report issues via the contact page.
7. Your Controls
Manage profile, remove uploads (subject to active purchases/licenses), or request full account deletion.
